According to Hala Bedi, at 11:00 hours several patrols of the Local Police of Vitoria-Gasteiz have approached the Talka feminist space with a locksmith company. They have taken advantage of a time when there was no movement in space to give way to the evacuation, and they have given ten minutes to the people who have approached to pick up things and leave.

The Ertzaintza has come closer in a short time and the agents have charged with force against the women who were in the place, as you can see in the video below:

The Municipal Police reportedly arrested two persons, one of whom was outside and the one inside the Talka:

In addition to the detainees, several persons have been identified, including a journalist from Hala Bedi who was monitoring the evacuation.

Several people have concentrated in the vicinity of the building to show their support to Talka members. Once the building has been evicted, the Municipal Police has taken the road back to the area.

The Local Police had already attempted to enter the area shortly after a group of women occupied the Alava-Velasco Palace in the Old Town of Vitoria-Gasteiz. The building was occupied on December 15, 2018 and on January 3 a Municipal Police patrol attempted to access it. However, this was merely an attempt, as they did not carry any eviction order.
