This weekend begins the Bertsolaris Interquadrillero Championship of Álava 2023, with four sessions in play. These are:

• On Friday January 27 at 19:30 in the Bazterra Hall of Oyón, the E: Txandrio (Rioja Alavesa) VS Kuko Muinos (Vitoria) program. Then there will be a dinner at the Azkenak Society. Written mode: Friends of the Txandrio Bertso Eskola.
• Friday, January 27, at the Ikastola Armentia of Vitoria-Gasteiz, League B program: Bertxilika (Vitoria-Gasteiz) VS Maderas and splinters (Llanada). Dinner will start at 20:00. Written modality: 3 groups of Bertxilika Bertso Eskola, EP 4, EP 5-6 and ESO 1
• Friday, January 27, at the Errexala Association of Vitoria-Gasteiz, D league session: Errexala (Gasteiz) VS Beeeeertsolariak (Llanada). Dinner will start at 20:00. Written modality: members of the bertsolaris workshop of the Iparralde Civic Centre in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
• Sunday, January 29, at the Aiaralde Laudio Stock Factory, session League A: Altube (Aiaraldea) VS Izena pentau bida (Aramaio). Food will take place at 14:00. Written form: Bertso eskola of Zaballa prison.

The 2023 Bertsolaris Interquater Championship in Álava will start on January 27 and end on March 25 in Llodio.

The Kuadrillarte aims to promote, revitalize and make visible the bertsolaris movement of Álava. It is a championship of all participants that will focus more on enjoyment than on competition, because the basis of everything is resident work.

The role of the Bertsolaris Association of Álava will be general coordination and penetration. The organizers are the 12 teams that will participate in the tournament. In the technical area of bertsolarism, they will be assisted by the Algerian drafting team, the arbitral team and the Association's working team.

Each group shall comprise at least 10-13 participants: rapporteur, judge, three or six bertsolaris, chronicler, photographer, musicians, cooks.

The Crew shall consist of three phases:

• First phase: from 27 January to 11 February the teams have been divided into 4 leagues. Divided into four leagues of three different teams. For each league, one team shall be classified to the next stage and according to general classification 2.
• Semi-finals: 26 February in Agurain, 4 March in Labastida and 12 March in Zuia. Each will be composed of two teams and the winner of each session will be ranked.
• Final: March 25 in Llodio.

In all sessions there will be another 16 bertsos groups. The bertsos will be pre-prepared and sung in the first phase and some on 25 March in Llodio.
