Francoism will be further investigated by the UPNA thanks to the agreement signed with the Government of Navarre. It will collect the victims ' testimonies, conduct a census of confession and examine the issue of stolen children and make confessions to the victims. In addition, it may receive new information from the archives of the military court and institution.
The executive has allocated a sum of 55,000 euros for the agreement. So far, the university has signed such agreements with the city council and parliament.
The research work has been carried out by the Documentary Fund of Historical Memory of the UPN, under the leadership of historians Emilio Majuelo and Fernando Mendiola.
