On the issue of waste, we talk about reducing, recycling and reusing.

The people who live along the highway have another big problem, noise and unhealthy. This is an outstanding issue for the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. In fact, although projects demonstrate that noise barriers are placed and comply with the regulations, efficiency is very different depending on the economic investment made in them.
Through noise barriers, the South’s “noise landfills” are as unhealthy and polluting as those in the North, but the big difference lies outside the noise barriers. The solution is measured in euros and in a civic sensibility. Or are the other bandits spending to get the same thing?
The solution depends on both parameters. An economic/philosophical one, that is, as expenditure or investment. Secondly, the civic sensitivity of the authorities of the Provincial Council and the City Hall of Hernani (equating to Landa, the Urumea motorway each day generates a wave of noise from the tunnels to the roundabout of Urnieta). How much longer do we have to wait to give the necessary change?... Or is it that politicians in the North throw money into the bucket to achieve the same thing as those in the South?
What is the high level of VAT collection due to the rise in fuel prices, the new traffic fines and the restoration of the quality of life of those suffering the consequences of this noise?
Now is the time to complete the works of the motorways of Gipuzkoa and to pay more attention to the noise there, since in Iparralde, being rural areas... they have advanced a few decades... here, however, not even on request.
