The Bolivian chain Unitel has given credibility to the poll on the polling stations that Ciesmore has contracted after a year at the head of Parliament, with a third of the votes, by Jeanine Áñez, and in an election won by Luis Arce and his party colleague Evo Morales. The BBC and the media El País, among others, bring the news to the media.
We do not yet have official data, but for which we have, Mr President. Arce and Mr. Choquehuanca won the election. I congratulate the winners and ask them to govern with a view to Bolivia and democracy.

Elections are held in Bolivia in two rounds. However, if these conditions are met, the first candidate will be able to win the elections in the first round: Win 40% of the votes and win the second candidate by 10 points.
Luis Arce made the following statements after hearing the results of Unitel's consultation at the polling stations: "We have regained democracy and hope. We have a commitment to work to push through our program." On social networks he has spread the following message: "We are very grateful for the support and confidence of the Bolivian people. We have regained democracy and we are going to adopt stability and social peace. United, with dignity and sovereignty."

Evo Morales, a refugee in Argentina, emphasized the same idea in front of the press: "We have recovered democracy. We've recovered the homeland." On social networks he has spread the following message: "Brothers: The will of the people has been established. The victory of the MAS-IPSP is firm. Our political movement will have a majority in both chambers. We have returned millions, now we will return dignity and freedom to the people."
