European Mobility Week to be held from 16 to 22 September in Pamplona
- Pamplona joins the European Mobility Week, held from 16 to 22 September, with a programme full of activities designed to promote sustainable mobility and reflection on shared public space. Under the motto "combine and move", the City Hall has proposed several initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve air quality in the city.
In addition to the Marabiyak Bizi Fest festival, the programming of the European Week of Mobility of Pamplona will include therapeutic tricycle rides, an adult bicycle school and a free bicycle examination in the Plaza del Castillo on 14 and 15 September. The School Roads programme in the Buztintxuri district will also be launched so that children can go to school safely, by foot or by bike.
On Friday, 20 September, a new edition of the "Bizikleta Eskola" program was launched for school children aged between 10 and 15 years. To complete the offer, the Civivox network has organized bike rides on Saturdays of September to learn about the art and historical heritage of the city.
