Ubarretxena made these statements at the hearing he held this Tuesday following the meeting of the Governing Council. The spokeswoman for the current Basque Government endorsed the conclusions of the 2019 Basque Government’s disarmament and disarmament report and stated that the Basque Government has endorsed ETA’s statements. “The report was drawn up at the time by the Basque Government. It is a 120 page report on the whole process. That report is public and, therefore, everything the Government had to say is said in that report.”
