Oier Lorente, Mikel Arretxe, Ekaitz Ibero, Egoi Alberdi and Aitor Olaizola were arrested in Donostia-San Sebastián together with Ezkerra in April 2013. The popular wall, organized by hundreds of young people to defend the freedom of these young people, left memorable images that would then be repeated in other locations (Ondarroa, Azpeitia, Iruñea, Gasteiz..). In addition to these six young people, Nahikari Otaegi and Imanol Vicente were also convicted in the same sentence.
Family members and friends received Ekaitz Ezkerra in screams and demands for the freedom of Basque political prisoners, first in Burgos prison and later in Astigarraga.
