Exchange of experience, mutual learning programme between Beterri processors
- The Beterri saretuz initiative has launched until June a programme for the exchange of experience between processing companies, which this year marks its third edition. They will be delivered in several areas and registration is still open.
Exchanges of experience will be carried out to promote mutual knowledge between companies and to obtain information or to know models on the operation of specific topics or areas, from the end of April to June, in the region of Beterri-Buruntza, driven by the network of processing companies Beterri Saretuz.
Beterri Saretuz started last February with a day in Usurbil. They also presented an action plan and, among the various actors and companies involved, decided in which area they wanted to go further in order to receive training and experience. The themes chosen are the organisational models, sociability processes, inclusion, digitisation in industrial enterprises, the environment and the Beterri Saretuz Women’s Forum.
In order to carry out these actions, in some cases they will be invited to present these experiences, and the organization will guide and dynamize all the sessions. "Talking about the difficulties and concerns we have," is one of the main objectives of the initiative.
How do we organize ourselves in our organizations? What kind of leadership, roles and functions do we have? Are the environmental criteria that we have sufficient? What is digitisation for public administration and what is being implemented? These are some of the questions they have been asked and they will try to find answers through these exchanges of experiences.
