The president of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, has informed the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, through a phone call. According to the Moncloa, the central government gave three opportunities to the regional government on Thursday: Let Ayuso itself issue a new closure order, apply it to an alarm or make it directly by the Spanish Government. The state of alarm has a duration of fifteen days and next week Sánchez will have to appear before the Congress of Deputies. As a result of the decree, the following measures will enter into force in the Community of Madrid: limited meetings for 6 people, 50% capacity for bars and closing hours at 23:00. The Moncloa has made it clear that the measures are so far and that the legal framework that protects them has only changed today.
