The National High Court will investigate Txori Barrote's comparison for showing photographs of prisoners
- Judge Ismael Moreno has admitted the complaint filed by Dignity and Justice and has asked the Spanish Police to investigate the performance of the comparison to resolve if he "praised terrorism" in the Bilbao Big Week.
The Dignity and Justice association has denounced Txori Barrote for showing photographs of Basque prisoners during Big Week. By showing these photographs he has "insulted" both the victims of ETA and their relatives. Hola has also denounced the comparison for selling "barefoot in favor of prisoners' rights". It has also asked the Spanish Court to investigate the fate of the money obtained from the sale of material in favour of the rights of Basque prisoners.
