Each educational center was required to suspend two weeks of activity at different times, so the date of completion of the measure was also different. The first to arrive were the Alaveses. The educational centers have today received a letter signed by the Minister of Education, Cristina Uriarte Toledo, in which the conclusions of the study are collected.
“We would like to inform you that due to the evolution of the facts and the measures being implemented by the competent authorities, the temporary suspension of classes is extended until further notice,” the letter states. The Department undertakes to maintain the criteria until the end of the suspension: “We note that the rest of the guidelines expressed to the educational centers remain in force, both in terms of the development of the teaching activity and the attention to students and communication with families”.
The Department has insisted on the need to respect health recommendations “rigorously” to “resume normal activity as soon as possible”.
