Today, the staff of Mothers Venezdarias transferred to the Bilbao Maritime Museum their demands for "justice and decent work", together with the workers of Gorabide, Aspace and Gaude. Yesterday a joint strike was launched in the four companies and today the second day of unemployment has been celebrated.

The Fève entity has held a meeting in the museum with representatives of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, including the representative of social action. LAB explains that Fèves, such as Gorabide, Gaude and Aspace, integrates organizations of the sector with functional diversity. "Inside the Maritime Museum, those responsible for doing business with surveillance tasks met," said the union, "on the street, on the contrary, working women who did these tasks. On one side business, dignity and struggle on the other."

Thus, the strikers have concentrated on the museum court and have experienced moments of tension when they have tried to enter it. The Ertzaintza rebelled against the workers and wounded several people, LAB said. "A LAB representative has had to be hospitalized and other workers have been injured. We express our solidarity with all of them."

The union accuses the PNV of responsibility for the situation created and warns that if the situation is not channelled more calls for mobilizations and strikes will be made.

The differences are similar between the workers of the four companies: unlocking labour agreement negotiations and raising wages in order to equate them with increased life. In this sense, the image of the payroll of a Merchant Mothers worker has been extended on social networks to denounce that it does not reach 1,000 euros:

In addition, in the case of the Orozko workers, there is also a bounce on the table: do not close the centre of the Ibarra neighbourhood. In fact, the religious congregation Mothers Hungarians has pointed out that by the end of the year it will stop managing this infrastructure. In recent months, therefore, various protest initiatives have been carried out by the workers in the area.
