- The third day of metal strike in Bizkaia has given rise to many moments of tension following the action of the Ertzaintza against the workers. On the third day of strike the tension has skyrocketed and since the morning there have been fights due to the Ertzaintza's strong action against the picetes, according to witnesses. In Igorre, for example, police officers discover a petsone.
Hamaika Telebista explains that the workers have moved in front of the Ormazabal factory, which owns the FVEM employer. The police have allowed only two members of the workshop strike committee to report on the mobilizations.
ELA meets with FVEM headquarters and stresses that the strike is having a very wide impact. The unions CCOO, LAB, UGT, ESK, CGT and CNT have made a very large mobilization in Basauri, according to which the strike follow-up is 85%. Two new stops are expected on Thursday and Friday.

New strike to stop Mercedes-Benz production
As in the previous strike cycle, the Bizkaia metal strike can disrupt the production of the Mercedes-Benz factory in Vitoria.
