He stresses that the Ertzaintza reported the incidents “on its own and transparently” and opened the investigation. "It was Ertzaintza herself who initiated the investigation, who opened the initial proceedings, without waiting for anyone to report, and the investigation continues."

The young man was wounded by a projectile fam from the Ertzaintza. He was taken to hospital with a serious eye injury. There he is still waiting for the surgery, with his eye swollen, so the doctors must wait for the surgery and, on the way, they will do so on Thursday. The young man is 16 years old and is from Villabona. They have focused on Tuesday under the slogan "No to police violence". On Saturday, at 12:00 a.m., in the Tolosa Triangle, a mobilization will take place so that “we do not feel sure to come to light”.

ELA-Ertzaintza, through a note, expressed solidarity with the wounded in Tolosa and their confidence that it will be completed as soon as possible. It also requests the Department of Security to clarify the case and, in addition to taking appropriate action, to resolve the situation as soon as possible. So that these cases do not happen again.

ELA-Ertzaintza disagrees with the note by Erne, ESAN and SIPE “because, besides being very little empathy with the wounded, they show a strong defense of all the activity of the Ertzaintza, whatever it is, because it only manages to be further away from the society to which it will serve”.

He points out that the use of riot control material could be avoided if there were "sufficient personnel" in police stations and in police action "prioritizing prevention".
