“We do our bit with the goal of reducing the carbon footprint, maintaining the landscape and converting the economy; fueling auzolan, shortening the distance between producers and consumers and agreeing fair prices for both parties,” said Errigora members. This is the fifth year in which the initiative is organised, in which more than 240,000 litres of oil and 700,000 janitors have been distributed. This year, the campaign will take place in some 70 municipalities still to be decided, according to municipal sources. “We take small steps to make decisions about the food system in our hands, weaving into the network based on voluntary work,” they said.
