Eroski has announced that he will resort to the fine for "strict compliance" of his security protocol.
The AEPD, on the one hand, has imposed a fine of EUR 100,000 on Eroski for not guaranteeing image security. This violates article 9 of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), as reported by El Independiente.
