The residents of the Chantrea district of Pamplona do not understand why a paid parking system is imposed when there are no mobility problems in the neighborhood. The City of Pamplona has ignored the tranquillity of summer. Ararteko has given reason to the inhabitants of the area. Francisco Javier Eneriz has suggested to the City of Pamplona that "as far as the implementation of a limited parking area in the neighborhood is concerned, a participatory process takes place in which all interested persons (neighbours, traders, other groups...), once the full information is received, can express their concerns, observations, allegations, alternatives, etc. and, weighting all interests, make the corresponding decision."

But Maya insists that he's going to move on. It says that there has never been a referendum to establish the blue zone, and that for technical reasons it will be implemented.

Meanwhile, the Chantrea are still mobilising against the blue zone, where the rally started this Saturday. Representatives of various groups in the neighborhood have collected 4,300 signatures against the decision of the City Hall, they have come to the Ombudsman, who was manifested on Wednesday.

Most neighbors are angry because they don't see the need for a blue space in the Txantrea and because they think it's an imposition. They tell him that he will only bring annoyance and that he will be detrimental to the merchants and to the tabernacles.

To condemn this decision, a neighborhood platform, an TX neighborhood initiative, was created a few months ago, and numerous projects and mobilizations are being carried out. They have submitted to the City Hall 4,300 signatures requesting a participation process, but they have not received a response from any of the groups. The last step was to head to Ararteko, and that was the answer that Ararteko received over the course of this week.
