Training to raise awareness of the importance of the environment in business sustainability today in Usurbil
- On Wednesday, the Usurbil Professional School will bring together cooperatives and companies operating in the transforming economy to analyse the environmental impact of their activity and the importance of biodiversity care for the health of the economy and people. The programme is organized by Beterri Saretuz and then a guided tour of the photovoltaic facilities will take place.
On Wednesday, the Beterri-Buruntza network of transformative economy organized a training session in which representatives of the companies of the region will talk about the environment and reflect on the importance of biodiversity care in the sustainability of their activities.
Under the title "The Environment as Part of Business Sustainability", Beterri Saretuze will be at the Professional School in Usurbil from 11:00 a.m. and will be led by Aiala Zubieta, from the consulting cooperative Isladak. "It is often thought that the negative impact on the environment is produced by large companies in the world, but both large and small, industrial and services, can generate collective activity in the environment."
As explained to ARGIA, the members of this cooperative will try to "concretize the contribution of ecosystems as a company and as a person", and each company will carry out a domestic work to "take some ideas and see what it can do in its organization". Visit to PV installations
To end the session on Wednesday morning, Beterri Saretuze organized a guided tour to learn about the photovoltaic installation of the Professional School of Usurbil. According to Azadu, Usurbil's is one of the few that shows all the structures and "we can see everything".
