The mountain and mountain associations that we subscribe to this document express our concern about some of the conducts that we usually observe on the grounds of the Mancomunidad de Enirio-Aralar: barriers to the tracks that anyone can open without a key, motor vehicles that climb and down the slopes, off-road vehicles that move out of the slopes…
"We are very concerned about some of the behaviors we see on the grounds of the Enirio-Aralar Commonwealth"
In view of the above, we call for the right to tranquillity and enjoyment of the trails and grasslands of Aralar and call on the competent authorities – the Directorate of the Commonwealth and the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa – to comply with and enforce rigorously the ordinances and plans for the management of the area, taking the necessary control measures and to implement the measures for the improvement of the landscape and landscape.
