The Basque Government raised in several Administrative Boards the powders driven by the initial approval of the Renewable Energy Sector Plan, which resulted in the presentation of various resources.

Although the responses of these resources have not reached the citizens as much as the institutions, the Basque Government has already published responses to various resources. You can see them here (for the moment only in Spanish).

In fact, this plan collects over 20 major wind and photovoltaic projects in the region and opens the door to more. This would involve the expropriation of several private properties and communal lands and the project raised alarms among several citizens.

In fact, in the index of the document prepared by the Basque Government, resources can be found from different institutions, parties and citizens of Aiaralde and, although they have to be analyzed individually, it can be concluded that on many occasions the Basque Government has followed the same criterion: not to analyse the allegation in depth and to respond to these arguments, which must be better analyzed when the specifications of the project are clarified, as companies do not have to deal with the whole territories.
