Bullying is an English word that means persecution. Unfortunately, this word is well known for the many cases of harassment and aggression detected in schools and schools. Bullying refers to the intentional aggressive and repetitive attitudes of one or more students towards another or others. Harassment is characterized because a person develops aggressive, repetitive, methodical and systematic behavior against another person through physical or psychological aggression. The objective of persecution is to frighten, isolate, threaten, insult and emotionally dominate the victim, that is, to control and destroy with words and/or aggressions to sink and diminish the personality and self-esteem of the victim. In most cases, there is an imbalance of power between the aggressor and the assaulted, and the victim in general suffers in silence and solitude.
On the other hand, despite the fact that several programmes to prevent bullying have been developed in recent decades, bullying in schools has increased alarmingly. For example, according to the latest data published by the Inspectorate of the Department of Education of the Basque Government in 2022, in 2020-2021, 966 possible cases of bullying were analyzed, of which 129, 29 more were identified than in the previous year. It is noteworthy that 31.7% of the identified cases corresponded to cyberbullying, 16 more than in the previous course. The use of technologies and social networks develops a different form of bullying, and the dissemination of the digital content generated can be more cruel because it can be perceived by anyone. In addition, the navigation records store data and there is no certainty of the disappearance of the information. Consequently, the damage caused to the looting has no fixed purpose and continues to be reproduced.
It is therefore important to establish prevention programmes and effective action plans for bullying in schools. Tutorials are fundamental within these programs or plans. It's a good lesson for explaining to the students about bullying. In this regard, UNESCO has published "Aukd the numbers: The report "Ending school violence and bullying" proposes a number of suggestions for developing in schools. Emphasis is placed on working with emotions and promoting the development of empathy with students. As well as making available a complaints box to ensure anonymity for any student to report harassment he or she has received or seen. In parallel, and in order to promote the involvement of the entire educational community, to carry out in schools projects in which students, teachers, staff of the center and parents are integrated to eradicate school violence. It is also important to develop ICT training and to raise the awareness of students about their risks. In fact, when the information is online it is very difficult to delete and the information will continue to reproduce.
Finally, avoiding bullying in schools should be important, as it negatively affects the physical, mental health and academic performance of the injured child in the center. It should be highlighted that students also persecuted in adulthood may increase the risk of developing violent attitudes in any area of life to achieve any objective. It is therefore necessary to develop effective prevention programmes in classrooms, to strengthen education in respectful values to ensure coexistence, to prevent bullying at school and to avoid violent attitudes in adulthood.

Many times, after looking at the brumas from my house, it has occurred to me not to catch umbrellas, even though I know I will just soak up. Why will it be? Maybe you don't want to catch the umbrella? Maybe in the hope that I don't get wet? Nevertheless, the conclusion has always... [+]
