EH Activa and Askapena will know the fight against the TAV in the July brigades
- Euskal Herria Bizirik and Askapena have met to organize a brigade. In Europe there are two battles in defence of the territory: The struggle of the Earth Survey in the French State and the NO TAV movement in Italy.
ABrigada will travel in the second half of July. First, in the French village of Melle, in the French State, it will be moved to the small town which will rise from 16 to 21 July. There you will have the opportunity to learn about the struggle that took its first steps seven years ago in the network of Alzaciones de la Tierra. The most important mobilizations will take place on 19 and 20 July against the macro-rafts of storage and water control that are intended to be built, and they have made an international appeal for as many people as possible to participate.
Next week you will be travelling to Val di Susa (Italy). There you will meet the more than 30 years of struggle against the construction of the High-Speed Train. In this valley of the Alps, they will share experiences of struggle for long years in defense of the territory with different groups that make up the NO TAV movement. At the end of the week will be held the Festival Alta Felicita, which will be held from 26 to 28 July in Venaus.
Both actors have stressed that the Brigade’s intention is to show solidarity and have launched this invitation: “We encourage all people to join the movements and struggles for territory and life.”
