PNV leads Basque institutions, EH Bildu above, Chivit can repeat and Asiron near the mayor in Pamplona
- In Araba and Vitoria-Gasteiz, the PNV will stand out more than expected according to the EiTB Focus survey; in Bizkaia and Bilbao, one has by hand the absolute majority and another very close; and in San Sebastián also the jeltzale. For there to be competition somewhere, it will be for the General Boards of Gipuzkoa (although the PNV has three seats with respect to EH Bildu, according to the survey). In general, in the CAV, the others will lose what the PNV and EH Bildu earn.
On 28 May, in two months' time, municipal and foreign elections will be held in Hego Euskal Herria. The EiTB Media group has requested surveys of the companies Gizaker and GAD3, whose data have been published these days.
NAVARRA: Right scattered; current coalition similar
The current president of Navarra, Maria Chivite, would continue in office if the coalition of previous elections were repeated.
The elections, once again, would win right, but without unity. The coalition that joins UPN, PP + C's and VOX, Navarra Suma, will not be completed this year, will be presented separately.

ARABA: Higher rise EH Bildu, but far from the PNV
The voting rate for EH Bildu would rise by 2.5% and for the PNV by 2%.
One fact that speaks of the evaluation and knowledge of the candidates: the best known is Iñaki Oyarzabal, of the PP – almost six in ten – followed by Ramiro González, a nationalist MP, with a few points less; and then Eva López de Arroyabe, of EH Bildu, who almost four in ten know him.
BIZKAIA: Basque nationalists in search of an absolute majority
The General Boards of Gernika have a total of 51 seats, of which, according to the latest data from EiTB Focus, 26 would be acquired by nationalists, with a change of candidate. Unai Rementeria informs that he is not going to continue in office and instead the foral deputy Elixabete Etxanobe was elected by BBB.
EH Bildu would get two more seats to the detriment of the purple coalition, and what the PNV would gain comes from the loss of PP.
The difference in the knowledge of candidates is evident. They are led by EH candidate Bildu Iker Casanova and later Etxanobe.
GIPUZKOA: Despite being a more popular candidate, the PNV would win the competition against EH Bildu
If there is competition between nationalists and sovereigns, it will be in Gipuzkoa. In these four years he has been spokesman for Eider Mendoza, a candidate for PNV, has appeared weekly in the media, but EH candidate Bildu Maddalen Iriarte is much better known. Two in three Gipuzkoans know Iriarte, while Mendoza, a little more than one in three, knows it.
In any event, the intention to vote demonstrates that the two nationalist parties will increase and that once again there will be competition between them. Both will win a seat for the Elkarrekin Podemos gala.
PAMPLONA: More left force
Thinking that you can form a flat left coalition is not a nonsense. The right, as for the Parliament of Navarra, has been differentiated for the City Council of Pamplona, and along the way, according to the data, they will also lose a place. Before, they had 13 of the 14 majority seats and were supported by the PSN.
The left has now been strengthened to the detriment of the right. With you, the Nafarroa coalition would enter the plenary with two seats.
If the results of EiTB Focus were to happen, we would have to see if UPN is able to reach an agreement with the PP of García Adanero, and still should have the support of the PSN.
VITORIA: Four-game battle
But one of them is advanced. Beatriz Artolazabal, former government minister and candidate of the PNV, would be the Mayor of Gasteiz if she reached an agreement with the socialists. They used to give more seats to the PSOE and Maider Etxeberria, but EiTB Focus says the trend has declined.
Despite the fact that the votes between the four parties go with the loop of the stairs, competition is evident in terms of the knowledge of the candidates. Except for Rocío Vitero, from EH Bildu, all the others are very similar, between 45% and 49%.
BILBAO: Boring majority, very little
It distributes 29 seats in the municipal plenary of Bilbao, of which 14 would be taken over by the PNV.
