Irazabal has been able to collect a number of data, most notably the identification of the names of 44 military personnel. So far the military has been identified by types, but now they have been able to unite them with real names. Thus, Irazabal estimates that 95% of those involved in the bombing are identified. They don’t know how many are still alive. In the case of the Barcelona lawsuit, two have been found dead.

Mayor Aitziber Irigoras explains that they will receive the report from Irazabal and start working with the lawyers. "The first step is to present yourself and be admitted to the procedure," he says.
