On February 1, Karen Daniela Ágredo Palacio, a 32-year-old resident of San Sebastian, was celebrating her birthday with her partner in a nightclub on Manterola Street. At that moment, Ágredo began to yell at the police, complaining that his partner had done nothing to take him away.
