In the OPERs, the new director of the Donostia Hospital denounced his persecution by the worker who revealed the fraud
- One of the workers who reported fraud in the 2018 Public Job Offer call, Agustín Agirre, then director of OSI Debagoiena, made a situation "unsustainable". Now, the OSI has assumed the leadership role of Donostia, and the Minister of Health of the Government has said it is "trusted." The anesthesiologist Roberto Sánchez denounced Aguirre's "abusive use of power" and had to leave the position denouncing his persecution.

Sánchez denounces that she has undergone many changes in working time, that she has suffered the worst hours, many on-call shifts, and that she had to return to work even without respecting the hours of rest. Azpeitiarra Agustín Agirre, prior to his admission to the Hospital Alto Deba, has been medical director of OSI Basurto until November 2019. He has spent a couple of years in the Upper Must and in recent months has been in the Hospital del Bidasoa, when OSI Donostia has erupted the crisis and the management team has almost dissolved, the first inauguration was on behalf of the Health Advisor, Gotzone Sagardui. The managing director will be provisionally Agustín Agirre and the new medical director will be Ana Bustinduy.
Government confidence
The management of OSI Donostia did not have the same "vision" as Osakidetza and the Department of Health, as announced by Councillor Gotzone Sagardui at his hearing.
