Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, appointed by the U.S. Government Justice Department, has taken the step of re-calling Donal Trump to court after his investigation and after agreement by a Miami jury.
Seven crimes are charged against the former president from the documents cited. In his day, justice told him that he should return to his place, but Trump rejected the call. The Department of Justice has not determined the charges, but its lawyers have reported several of them: obstructing justice, conspiring, giving false testimonies or keeping national security documents, among others.
Trump himself announced by a bird that he was called for justice and denounced the witch hunt against him, while confronting Joe Bide's president: “They accuse me of the box video, but Joe Biden has 1,850 boxes at the University of Delaware, plus boxes Chinatown D. In C. and the University of Pennsylvania, and in the parking lot that houses its Corvette, there are more documents distributed over the ground.”
So far Trump has been charged with 34 falsehood charges, the best known is the pornographic actor Stormy Daniels, with whom he was in court last March. An American commissioner was the first time he had been charged in history, but always for crimes committed in times other than the White House.
Now is the first time a U.S. president has been charged for alleged crimes in the post of president and for federal complaints. His call for justice comes at a special time, because in the Republican Party they are in the primary elections – in 2024 there are elections to the US presidency – and in principle Trump himself is the main candidate to win primaries.
