Bizi! It calls this afternoon to denounce the attitude of the Department ' s Council
- The Pau Court of Appeal met on Thursday to discuss the case of the young migrant Moriba Koivogui. Long live! The movement has called to demonstrate today at 18:30 a.m. in Baiona, opposite the headquarters of the Department of Culture.
The young Ginear Moriba Koivogui is educated at the Liceo Cassin de Baiona (Iparralde). According to Bizi!, in the case of this young man, the Council of the Department of Atlantic Pyrenees is acting "unfairly".
The court has questioned the minority of Moriba, who was charged with murder. For its part, the Council says that "Moribar cannot demonstrate that he is neither an orphan nor a minor isolated."
The Pau Administrative Tribunal has rejected the document submitted by the defence to prove that Moriba Koivogui is a minor.
