Onki Xin's proposal is fresh and vivid, dancing, moving the body, and inviting us to reflect on the existence and attitude towards the injustices that occur in the face of life and alienation today.
After-Egon: as the title of the album says, what the group is doing is the result of being. Instead of sitting, they stand up and fight. Instead of being immersed in despair, they use music as a weapon to communicate their demands as well as their feelings.
He denounces, calls for rebellion, poetic resistance and political dance. In his words, poetry is necessary to live, love and open the eyes. "To breathe, to dream, to celebrate, to shake, to burn, to hit, to liberate the people."
Following the path of the previous album, the four songs that make up the After-Egon album have a touch of dance, disco music, new wave, hip-hop, rock and punk. You can hear fast, dancing rhythms and nice melodies, sampler, scratch and other sounds, noises and nuances, but it is clear that all this has been refined, completed and improved, which have taken a step forward with your proposal.
Since the group was set up they are at a dizzying speed, they cannot sit still for a moment. His first album, Bizi BAGARA, was published in 2018 to tread the minds of kings, and in just one year, in fall 2019, his second album has been published. In addition to the two albums they have composed, there have also been many performances in public and, probably, many more have been agreed. No wonder, their songs convey great courage, drive to dance and their performances are spectacular.
Due to the coronavirus plague, getting a disk is not easy. Without being able to leave the house, without public actions, taking into account the difficulties of the post office... Songs can be heard on YouTube and Spotify platforms over the Internet, waiting for them to be achieved.
