Navarra Suma and the PSOE have expanded their communication in view of the reduction of the Ordinance of the Basque Country of Burlada. Among other things, the parties seek to eliminate the need to rate Euskera as merit. In addition, contrary to the current Foral Decree of the Basque Country, the Defense Network of the Basque Country has denounced that in the texts and markers they want to prioritize Spanish over Euskera.
They also want to eliminate the need for campaigns in favour of model D and, in addition to the new cuts, added that the Basque Ordinance has not so far been complied with in some cases. “They have not conducted campaigns for the Basque people. Likewise, the Organic Staff have not respected the percentages established for the Basque Country,” the statement states.
The Euskera Defense Network has pointed out that “Euskera has a difficult future with the current authorities in Burlada” and that “more movements will have to be created to promote the allegations”. Claims have been made against the cuts by Axular Elkartea, AEK, the Parents Association of Gubaance-Ermitaberri, Burlata Futbol Eskola and others, in order to cancel the changes.
