Five-day musical marathon at the Durango Fair to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Ahotsenea
- Ahotsenea will be celebrating 15 years this year and a full five-day programme will be held at the Durango Fair. 47 different groups will be added to the table to present their work.
From 11:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. the music groups will act without interruptions 57. The five days that the Durango Fair will last on the stage of the Plateruena de Ahotsenea. One more year, the programme will focus on diversity. Goxua N'Salsa, Neomas, Agur, Janus Lester, Keia, Irtera or the debutants Mirua, but also in their long career groups Delirium Tremens, Willis Drummond and Kokein will present their new album.
Despite the variety of musical styles that will interspersed, there is no doubt that rock and pop melodies predominate. Examples are Maraca Diablo, Zakill, Sua, Alimias, Hibai, Kurkuma, Saia Goait, Astilleros, Pasadena, Assata, Asla, Kyxo, Rucula, Rodeo, Dukkha, Fufu, Mice, Inf!, Orbel, Buru, Kristona or the Mairu group. But it won't be the only musical style. For example, the electronic pop will be present with the Merina Gris and Lumi groups; Bengo and Odei will carry hip-hop to the stage of Ahotsenea; Bolbora eta Sutan will work the ska-reggae; Mugan folk melodies; jazz and soul from the hand of the Arima Soul band...
Like every year, the soloists will not miss at the Fair. The soloists Olaia Inziarte, Ilargi, Peru Galbet, Esti Markez and Watson will present their new work at Ahotsenea. The musician Inés Osinaga also presents his new project and the collective Bilaka merges dance and music with a very special performance. Entry will be free until the capacity is complete.
