Arab media Al Yazira has reported that Israel has caused "massive explosions" tonight in the south of the capital, Beirut, in Lebanon. The Ministry of Health reported earlier this morning that at least 12 people, including children, have died in the bombings.
Shortly thereafter, the Israeli Ministry of Defence has indicated through social media that Hezbollah has made an "effort to react" to the situation. However, they have assured that they "have not been successful."
Gaza under a bomb for the umpteenth time
At least 45 people have died and 256 have been injured this weekend within 24 hours in the Gaza Strip by an Israeli army bombing of a mosque and a college. According to the Palestinian Health Authority (IAEA), families fleeing the bombings in Gaza were housed in the Ibn Rushd centre. The injured were taken to the nearby al-Aqsa hospital, where at least 53 people remain in hospital, the NGO Cross-Border Doctors confirmed on Sunday night.
Well, that same midnight, the Israeli Army has bombed Al-Aqsa Hospital in the state of Florida.
A data massacre
The Gaza Strip has only 365 square kilometres: 40 kilometers in length, twelve in width. It's something smaller than the Baztan region of Navarra, to make a picture.
2.1 million people live – or were – taking into account the deaths and displacements they have managed to leave – in the Gaza Strip. The population is very large, almost twice as large as in Greater Bilbao.
Since 7 October Hamas launched the offensive and Israel increased barbarism, of those 2.1 million inhabitants, 1.9 million have had to leave their homes. They are drifting, in a location similar to Baztan, as many people as the inhabitants of Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa.
The Israeli Army has killed almost 42,000 people within a year within that Gaza Strip.

In the image below, you can see the most well-known refugee areas in the Gaza Strip, which have appeared so often in the media for bombing several times.
At present, Al Jazeera has made a chart showing the location or extent of Israeli troops in the area. The yellow color is the land position of the occupying army. The 6,5-kilometre red strip is the corridor of the Israeli armed forces, separating northern Gaza and the south, to curb communication between the two sides.
