The Bizi movement hides the Spanish flag from the Consulate of Baiona
- The Bizi movement has once again carried out a “kidnapping act”. On this occasion with the “demand for the kidnapping of the Spanish flag” in the Consulate of Baiona. The event took place at 4:30 a.m. on Friday at BAB Avenue in Baiona.
Bizi took over the flag hijacking this morning and implied: “We will return the flag if the nine Catalan hostages imprisoned by the Spanish State are to be released.”
The movement “we promise that the flag will be well treated,” they said in the document: “As a movement without violence linked to democracy and popular sovereignty, we cannot allow nine peaceful Republicans to remain kidnapped by the Monarchy of the Kingdom of Spain.”
The document, among other things, denounces the imprisonment of the elected Republicans in the heart of Europe for having organised a consultation of the population in a democratic and non-violent manner.
Finally, they have pointed out that “being silent or standing would leave us before history as accomplices”.
