The Ficoba de Irún will host the fourth edition of Bioterra, a fair of ecological products, bioconstruction, renewable energies and responsible consumption. The three pavilions of Ficoba will be occupied by more than 170 exhibitors from different autonomous communities and the North.
The exhibition of the bioter has been organized in three large areas of use. One is the most ecological product and initiative and in addition to the presence of food, cosmetics and textiles from organic agriculture, where they will also inform about ecological management initiatives, it will be the Bioterra Space.
The Naturall Space will bring together sectors related to health and well-being. Those with a responsible and respectful approach to the environment will be present.
The offer will also be complemented by the installation in Ficoba of the Geobat site, a bio-construction and renewable energy complex; professional solutions for the cultivation of healthy and environmentally friendly construction; energy improvements that reduce consumption and take advantage of natural energies; and professionals and companies working in the Green Economy.
Various innovations for the public
This year's proposal highlights the conference programme with a large number of experts over three days; the Biobeauty Area is a corner of ecological cosmetics, where conferences and exhibitions will take place; cooking exhibitions will be held in the kitchen; healthy Ecos theatres and snacks for the little ones; therapy exhibitions; a space for exhibitors of Bioterra to present their products and services; geobiology exhibitions or activities to raise awareness among children. All of these activities and more are detailed on the Bioterra website (http://bioterra.ficoba.org).
This year there will also be a program of parallel activities: Bioterra Yoga Day. A master class that will be offered on the Bioterrace. This gastronomic space was inaugurated last year on the outskirts and this year it has been expanded due to its good yearly reception last year. On the Bioterrace visitors will enjoy a wide range of cuisine thanks to the exhibitors who will come to the Fair.
