There are not a few people in Euskal Herria accused of dealing with the fascists of Vox. In Bilbao (Bizkaia), another nine people will be tried on 18, 19 and 20 November for mobilizing against fascism during the Vox election campaign. They are accused of a "hate crime."

On November 6, 2019, Vox tried to set up a propaganda post in Atxuri’s Bilbaíno district, as part of the campaign for the regional elections. However, as has happened in eleven other places, several people protested against the fascists.

As usual, the Ertzaintza sheltered the fascists of Vox and came to charge those who were in the protest. The Ertzainas injured one person and arrested three, but finally, nine people were indicted in total in relation to the protest against fascism that occurred in the Basque Country.

Vox calls for penalties of between four and eight years for the defendants, but the prosecution has proposed between seven and fourteen months for the defendants in the case. In order to denounce the trial and support the defendants, they have called for a rally on 6 November: The event will take place in the main square of Atxuri (where the events occurred), at 19:00.
