The organizers of the Behobia-San Sebastián have no news of the death of the corridor, announced by El newspaper de Aragón
- The Aragonese newspaper reported that a 27-year-old corridor from Tauste (Aragon) died in this year’s edition. After losing consciousness to Ategorrieta and being treated at the Red Cross Field Hospital, he was transferred to the ICU of the Donostia Hospital. Race organizers have not confirmed the information to Berria and EiTB have also confirmed that the young person is in a situation of death.
The young runner fell within three kilometers of the goal, as a result of a cardiac arrest. He was treated by the Red Cross and later transferred to the Intensive Care Unit of the Donostia Hospital. Although the newspaper of Aragon has published the news of the death of the Aragonese, the organizers of the race have not confirmed Berria. It is Iduriz, a 27-year-old Aragonese who felt bad and who works in Pamplona/Iruña.
The DYA reported at the end of the race that a 34-year-old runner who had suffered a cardiac arrest had also been treated, in which case his life could be saved. In total, there are four corridors killed in the Behobia-San Sebastián.
