On provisional release the former police arrested for the aggression of Amurrio
- Without conditions or guarantees, the judge has ordered the release without bail of the former police arrested by the Ertzaintza after shooting the dwarf of a family from the Abertzale left in Amurrio. The judge charges him with a crime of illegal possession of weapons and illegal possession of weapons.

From the very beginning, the main suspect was a former local 74-year-old policeman, but the Ertzaintza did not locate the weapon until Thursday. He was then arrested and has been taken to court on Friday, where he has been released on a provisional basis.
