The City Council of Pamplona wants to add taxes to empty banking houses to be rented

The Government of Navarre and the Municipal Government of Pamplona have signed an agreement to provide assistance to citizens in the official procedures of housing. The mayor of Pamplona, Joseba Asirón, pointed out that the housing problem is the main problem facing cities and recalled that the government of four has given a great boost to social housing.
They want to introduce vacant homes to the market in order to transform them into social homes. The Vice President of the Government of Navarre, Miguel Laparra, added that this could stop the increase in prices, but he also believes that a legislative change is necessary.
