The mayor, Aitor Elexpuru, made the problem visible and differentiated between the effects of night excesses (breakage of material, containers in the river..) and daytime damage (improper use of fronton, dirt from parks, rupture of material...).

The mayors of the Five Villas stressed that they are working on this issue to "give a common response" and that among their proposals is to "make a complaint appearance". In addition, different proposals were collected during the meeting: one, to know what they are and how they impact; two, to carry out night surveillance with the hired people; three, what to say about the harm to minors and what educational problem the family poses.

They also considered that it would be appropriate to conduct an awareness-raising campaign among all associations and considered that "it is appropriate to increase the cost of these damages". This study also discussed the need to include "groups of young people and families of adolescents":

In the short term, the tasks envisaged are, on the one hand, the elaboration of a prevention plan with the members of the gangs and, on the other hand, the sending of a letter to the fathers and mothers from the social services emphasizing their responsibilities.
