The writer Fito Rodríguez and Asel Luzarraga himself have been in charge of explaining the reason for the campaign. Ten years later, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights has reported that it has seen sufficient evidence to carry out the Asel case and has admitted the lawsuit against the Chilean State and has decided to take the campaign forward.

Anarchist writer Asel Luzarraga was arrested in Chile in 2009 on charges of collaboration with terrorism and of wanting to show young people incorrect ideas. It is an "irreverent assembly" that denies the crimes charged to Asel and claims that the only thing he did was to write in his blog texts in favor of the Mapuches.

In Asel's house, he was arrested on the grounds that "theirs were not weapons" and submitted to the Anti-Terrorism Control Act. His lawyer managed to get arrested at home, and by the time the sentence was passed he had already served the days for his arrest. Since then he has lived outside Chile, and the Chilean State has said that he wanted it from the very beginning.

Now, the two associations that have launched the campaign have seen an opportunity to carry out their case, and they want to take advantage of it to continue the trial. In addition, they have invited writers and artists to record and participate in the documentary.
