File the lawsuit against the municipal police who accused a journalist of Ahotsa.info
- In a protest in 2021, for recording and spreading police action, the agent accused the journalist of having violated the Mordaza Law. In the complaint the agent said several lies, as can be seen in the recorded video. For falsifying documents, the journalist filed a complaint against the municipal police.
Ahotsa.info filed a criminal complaint in November 2022 for a fake complaint by an agent of the Pamplona Municipal Police to a media journalist. The Provincial Court of Navarra records the complaint.
The starting point of the conflict is June 2021. A voice journalist recorded the agent's intervention in a protest. The agent then denounced the journalist using the Mozal Law for recording and disseminating police action. The City Hall opened proceedings with a fine of 600 euros. The dossier ensured, inter alia, that the journalist used minors on the spot, that he was disguised and that he used violence. In addition, the agent accused him of saying, "I am happy with the Spanish laws."
The journalist claimed and sent the recorded video to the city council. It shows the falsehood of the Municipal Police accusations, requesting the adoption of measures against it.
The City Council filed the sanction against the journalist. He did not open proceedings against the agent. It was then that the Voice demanded the complaint, with the intention of aggravating the accusations against the journalist accused of falsifying documents to the local police.
The municipal police testified to the court and the judge filed the case. Once again it was appealed and on this occasion the Provincial Court of Navarra is ratified in its archive.

The court made it clear that if the journalist had not been convicted, the complaint was because it was filed, because there were images that dismantled the agent’s account.
