In 2016, several Rochapea youth occupied the empty building of Artila Street. Since then, numerous trials have been conducted against members of the youth organization. The last occurred in January of this year, and gaztetxe noted that the rights of the defendants were violated, among other reasons because they were removed from the evidence and testimonies approved for the oral hearing. Yesterday they received the judgment of this trial.
