Arantxa Tapia considers the APR "a priority"... And Idoia Mendia?
- The Basque Government Economic Development Minister has insisted that the High-Speed Train is "strategic" for the Basque Country. The president of the PSE-EE, government partner Idoia Mendia, has also pointed out that it is important for economic recovery, “but” to reach those who “are going wrong” in these times.

Tapia reiterated in Onda Vasca that for the Urkullu Executive the construction of the High-Speed Train is “a priority” because Europe also considers it “strategic”, making it clear that it can be a fundamental issue in de-escalation and in budgetary negotiations.
