"In Euskal Herria we have the largest cows nursery in Europe, in Navarre. No one who owns a landlord is free," the spokesman for the Nor group said.
The anti-specialist movement has strongly criticised the animal protection law introduced by the PNV and the PSE in Bizkaia, Álava and Gipuzkoa.
