Amazon will not open any logistics facility in Oiartzun
- The American multinational refuses to open the logistics plant in Oiartzun, as the City Hall has pointed out.
Amazon cedes and communicates to the Municipality of Oiartzun the suspension of the project of opening the logistics plant in the municipality by means of a document. The multinational took its first steps in the logistics plant project at Oiartzun in 2020, but ultimately Jeff Bezos’ company has given up.
According to what the City Hall said to the Word of Oarsoaldea, the company has rethought the model of state organization in Spain and they say that in the end they do not need a plant in Oiartzun.
