Next Saturday, May 11, AHT Gelditu! Navarra organizes in Pamplona the Day against the TAV. In addition, Eco-Socialist Spaces, the World March of Women and the Charter of Social Rights have called a demonstration under the motto For a Dignified Life, A Just Eco-Social Alternative. In recent months, both in Navarra and in the rest of the Basque Country, social mobilizations are growing in the face of the socio-ecological attacks of large corporations, which have legal, political and institutional support.
Bizirik's fight against the magnesite mine; meetings and platforms against corporate renewable projects in Bortziriak, Malerreka, Basaburua, Andia, Odieta... mobilizations against the high-voltage lines; mobilizations against the high-voltage lines in the parliaments that denounce the laws of climate change that are born dead by negligence; the mobilizations for the defense of the land
All these popular actions and dynamics are a symptom of the discontent and concern generated by the European Union and its Green Pact, the policies implemented and shared by the states and the autonomous governments and parliaments. These policies have common elements. In the name of the fight against global warming brought about by its capitalist model, we are being forced to have renewable macro-projects and their evacuation and transport infrastructures, in the hands of large multinationals. At the same time, there is no indication of such urgent effective decarbonisation measures. Collective participation in planning the needs and uses of territory and resources is prevented. Decisions on the productive and industrial model are left to capital and are always decided on the basis of capital returns. In addition, if necessary, staff are sacrificed, even if they work in "green activities". We are committed to an industrial agricultural model, condemning small farms to die under the dictatorship of the market.
Above all, sustainable social mobilization is essential, in a global way and in the face of every attack of capital projects. We need an eco-social transition understood as a break from the current situation. If not, it will only repeat and deepen the global socio-ecological crisis. In this regard, in recent months we have been facing a real attack in favour of the TAV by lobbyists, both political and business, and the Etxabakoitz GPS is another piece of that network. As with corporate macro-projects, the TAV collects the worst of this system: corruption, speculation, elitism, taxation, environmental destruction, territory breakdown, abandonment of the conventional train and deterioration of its services. For this reason, from the Foundation Subai Erakuntza we call to participate actively in the Day Against the TAV, to support the collection of signatures against the PIN of Etxabakoitz and to participate in the block against the TAV in the demonstration that will start at 12:00 from Plaza del Castillo.

We live in a context in which anti-feminist and racist hate speech at the global level is on the rise. Far-right narratives are inserted throughout the world by
social networks and political agendas. Racism and anti-feminism have become two great discursive axes that adapt to... [+]
Many times, after looking at the brumas from my house, it has occurred to me not to catch umbrellas, even though I know I will just soak up. Why will it be? Maybe you don't want to catch the umbrella? Maybe in the hope that I don't get wet? Nevertheless, the conclusion has always... [+]
I remember when I was 16 years old, the Ertzaintza first identified me in a concentration in favor of the Basque Country before the Bergara courts. We believed that in Euskal Herria it was legitimate to cry for the Euskaldunization of the courts, but then there would also be a... [+]
The disaster caused by the cold drop in Valencia has left us dramatic images, both because of the immediate consequences it has had, and because the future awaiting us has brought us forward: that this type of extreme climate phenomena will be increasingly numerous and serious... [+]
The update of the Navarra Energy Plan goes unnoticed. The Government of Navarre made this public and, at the end of the period for the submission of claims, no government official has explained to us what their proposals are to the citizens.

Since the disappearance of the Soviet Union, rusophobia has been growing. The concept of security of the UN Security Council of 2002 is very clear and indicates that the security and stability of the planet must depend on the states that do not intend to challenge the United... [+]
Andoni Urrestarazu Landazabal was born in the village of Araia on 16 July 1902 and died in Vitoria on 21 November 1993. It is now 31 years old and I think it is time to recognize his name and be, because the legacy he left is not well known. Umandi used the name of a mountain in... [+]
Autobiography writing is, they say, the most effective tool for personal development, the most liberating. Pulling things away from the past and remembering them, it seems that it helps unleash the knots of the present. Yes, it helps to understand the present and to draw a... [+]
I have done a review from the announcement of the pandemic to the tragedy in Valencia and have concluded that the disastrous institutional management that lies and forupe as firewalls is constant of the ruling class.
We do not have a valid substitute ruler as long as this... [+]
November 19 is World Bathing Day. Even today, in the twenty-first century, many workers here in the Basque Country do not have the right to use the toilet in their working days. Many transport workers are an example of this.
Toilets are the key to public health and play a... [+]
The housing problem is a structural problem that comes from far away. What should be a human right is nothing more than a subjective right. I say that it is a fraud because, although all the institutions and all the political parties say nice words, they do not grasp the... [+]

We have been hearing the views of Iñigo Errejón on the accusations of male violence in all media and social media for a few weeks. In addition, many controversies are emerging: how we should denounce women, how our sexual relations should be, recognition, silences of those who... [+]
