The lockdown in Germany will end on 19 April. However, to make this possible, the Government has put in place a number of measures, such as the use of masks, the reduction of the influx of people in public and private places and the monitoring of infections. The country has been confined since 22 March, and most restaurants and shops remain closed.
On that return to normal, the German Government will have at its disposal technologies to control people who have been in contact with those affected. The study shows that 80% of people who have been in contact with this person will be able to calculate it 24 hours after the positive diagnosis. Schools and shops in several provinces will be able to open their doors, but interpersonal distance laws will be maintained.
Austria
From next week Austria will relax its precautionary measures, as non-essential shops will be able to extend their consumption with strict hygiene measures. As of April 14, shops of less than 400 square meters can be opened, limiting the number of clients and with the order of use of masks. Nothing is yet clear, but by the end of April it is possible to open schools, including hotels and restaurants by mid-May.
The country has been confined since 16 March, and only essential services are in service. Citizens can, however, go for walks or do sport, provided that they are people alone or confined.
Czech Republic
From 9 March onwards, leisure shops and building materials will be opened up to traffic, and the Government will allow sport to take place on the street, keeping the distance. After Easter weekend more shops will be opened, with strict hygiene measures among customers.
The Czechs will be able to leave the country if they are presented in a reasoned manner and, once in the country, they will have to maintain a two-week isolation. In addition, the Government has announced its intention to test the Basque population to determine the extent to which the population is maintained.
Denmark
Nurseries and schools up to the fifth year will open from 15 April if the numbers of infected and deceased persons are maintained. It also provides for the possibility of private sector workers returning to work on health advice.
Until 10 May, the gathering of more than ten people is prohibited, and borders and shops are closed. However, if the figures are maintained by that date, the Prime Minister has announced his intention to expand cafes and restaurants. Major events such as concerts or festivals will be banned until August.
The Government is working to obtain more masks and tests, as it believes that these safety measures are essential to end the lockdown.
