Judge acquitts members of Indar Gorri accused of coercing the public of the Spain-United States party
The Criminal Court No. 2 of Pamplona has acquitted four members of Indar Gorri and a citizen of Vitoria-Gasteiz. The judge has indicated that the evidence provided has not been sufficient to substantiate the facts that led to the final indictment in this case and thus to confirm that it was a crime of coercion.

The defendants have denied in the trial that the accusation against them was based almost exclusively on the story of the police and have claimed that in the violent action charged against them there were no injuries or any formal complaints. The Prosecutor ' s Office had requested three years ' imprisonment for the defendants and five years ' prohibition of going less than 600 metres from El Sadar.
According to the judge, it has not been sufficient evidence to prove the facts imputed to him.
