This new network of car parks is part of the measures taken to follow the Pact for Sustainable Mobility. The first five car parks will be available by March 2019: In the hospital area, the Filmoteca de Navarra and the central library, in one of the entrances of the Casco Viejo, in the train station and in the bus station. The other five will be installed in 2020, based on the view of the neighborhoods.
